At Saajree, we want your ethnic wear to reach you quickly, safely, and without any extra cost. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

 

Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

 

Free Returns & Pickups

Changed your mind or need a different size? Return shipping is also free. We'll arrange a pickup from your doorstep for all eligible returns. No need to visit a courier office or pay anything extra.

 

Processing Time

Once your order is placed, we take 2–4 business days to process and pack it carefully before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 7–11 business days.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship PAN-India to all states and union territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time — stay tuned for updates!

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with an unboxing video as proof. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
