Returns

  • Returns accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • No returns on customized, or altered products.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are possible if the requested size is in stock.

Return Shipping

  • Customers bear the cost of return shipping. 

  • Saajree covers shipping only if the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

  1. 📩 To request a return or exchange, email us at saajree@gmail.com within with order details.

  2. Please note: Customers must record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the package. This video is mandatory proof for refund approval in case of damage or wrong product.

  3. Once your request is approved, you will be required to pay a ₹100 return shipping fee.

  4. Ship the item back in its original packaging, unused, and with tags intact.

  5. After the product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No unboxing video provided for damage claims.

  • Products returned without prior approval.

  • Worn, washed, or altered pieces.

  • Customized or specially tailored items.
